be the most human

How can we be the 'most human'? Why do you need to be?

Two things are occupying many minds right now: 1) war, unrest and unstable economies; and 2) AI and its impact on just about everything.

Many of us feel powerless. And when we feel like that we become indecisive. Which can be bad for tourism businesses, because although people want what you have to offer, they just don't get round to booking or making plans.

The solution?

We have to find ways to offer something more up-lifting. Something that helps to make a connection so our potential visitors move from 'I'm fed up of the news and feeling powerless' to 'at least I've booked something lovely to look forward to'.

Human connections help to do that - even if you connect digitally - using human emotions, thoughts and values.

Being human is the antidote to AI.

As people we're caring, curious, playful, fun, creative, resourceful, active, reflective...

How can you show that in your marketing, or the way you welcome people, or within your business?

We're lucky to work in an industry which is about helping people feel better, happier.

What can you do to make someone smile? To give some hope? To brighten someone's day? To comfort someone or help them feel better?

The one word we want to hear
