This session is run by Susan Briggs who has over 30 years' tourism marketing experience. It's run in collaboration with the Nidderdale National Landscape team.

We'll cover:

  • What makes Nidderdale distinctive and special? How can we attract visitors, year-round?
What kind of promotional activity can work best for your business?
How can we all reach the 'right' visitors at the right time in the right way, with the right messages?
  • Some ideas for a step-by-step marketing process that you can use again and again.
  • Feedback to the Nidderdale National Landscape team to help them develop the next management plan.

This session is designed for businesses such as accommodation, visitor attractions, activity providers, and creative, retail, food and drink businesses. It is not suitable for suppliers to the industry such as consultants and photographers/designers.

Please remember to bring a pen and paper to take notes!
